- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions
- Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, swirling occasionally, until the butter turns golden brown and smells nutty.
- Add sliced almonds to the brown butter and toast for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
- Add the blanched green beans to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the brown butter and almonds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

- For a richer flavor, use browned butter.
- Ensure green beans are dry before adding to the skillet to prevent splattering.
