- 1 lemon, juiced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet.
- Place chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with oregano and thyme.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
