Description

These gluten-free carrot cake energy balls are a healthy and delicious treat, perfect for holidays or any time you need a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (certified gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
