  • Seeds: 1/2 cup (sunflower, pumpkin, or chia)
  • Honey or maple syrup: 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil: 1/4 cup, melted
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried fruit: 1/2 cup (optional, cranberries, raisins)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine oats, nuts, and seeds in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, oil, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread granola mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden.
