Ingredients
- Rolled oats: 3 cups
- Nuts: 1 cup (almonds, walnuts, or a mix)
- Seeds: 1/2 cup (sunflower, pumpkin, or chia)
- Honey or maple syrup: 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil: 1/4 cup, melted
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried fruit: 1/2 cup (optional, cranberries, raisins)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine oats, nuts, and seeds in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, oil, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread granola mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden.
- Let cool completely to form clusters.
- Add dried fruit after cooling.
