- 1 kielbasa sausage (U-shaped or links)
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Slice the sausage into slices about ½ inch thick.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Flip the slices and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes, until browned and crispy.
- Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
- Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add the cooked kielbasa and toss until evenly coated.
Notes
Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. For extra heat, add hot sauce to the glaze.
