Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 kielbasa sausage (U-shaped or links)
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage into slices about ½ inch thick.
  2. Arrange the slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip the slices and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes, until browned and crispy.
  5. Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  6. Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Add the cooked kielbasa and toss until evenly coated.

Notes

Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. For extra heat, add hot sauce to the glaze.
