Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add chopped pecans to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes.
