Easy sheet pan dinner featuring sticky teriyaki turkey meatballs, broccoli, and bell peppers. A quick and delicious meal perfect for any occasion.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, panko bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Arrange the meatballs on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
- Toss the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper with olive oil and spread them on the other side of the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the meatballs and vegetables, tossing gently to coat.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken or pork for the ground turkey.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the teriyaki sauce.
